Paul Flanagan, a sports psychologist, is providing a number of workshops to help teach mental skills development aimed at juvenile players.
The first session is for parents only and takes place this Thursday, 6th of February at 7pm in the Ballinderreen National School Hall. It is important for as many parents attend this Thursday as possible.

Paul Flanagan is from Ballyea and is a current member of the Clare senior team. He has completed a masters degree in mental health, mental skills and performance psychology from the University of Limerick. He has worked as a post primary school teacher in Physical Education and Gaeilge. He also works regularly with TG4.
