Hi all

In Q4 2024, we decided that our proposed new Clubhouse & Gym Building was no longer viable from a cost perspective. Further to this decision, a Development Focus Group was set up to decide how we would pivot our Development Strategy. The Focus Group and the Executive Committee have agreed on the following Development Projects which will be starting in 2025:

1. New ball stop nets in Juvenile Pitch to protect walkers on our Walkway (indicative start date: Q1 2025)
2. ⁠Erection of a new electronic scoreboard (indicative start date: Q2 2025)
3. ⁠Changing to LED lights in the Astro (indicative start date: Q2 2025)
4. ⁠Stand Roof Repair & Maintenance (indicative start date: Q2 2025)
5. ⁠Pitch fencing upgrade (indicative start date: Q2 2025)
6. ⁠Refurbishment of our dressing rooms (indicative start date: Q2 2025)
7. ⁠Building of a new public toilet block (indicative start date: Q3 2025)
8. ⁠Building of a modular Gym (indicative start date: Q3 2025)

Thanks to the fundraising efforts of our community over the past number of years, together with grant funding, we will be able to fund the above projects through our current cash reserves.
